These sessions are meticulously designed to refine shooting mechanics, from stance and grip to follow-through, shot selection, and decision making. Coaches utilize advanced analytics to assess performance, providing instant feedback that allows athletes to make real-time adjustments.

Incorporating a variety of drills and small sided games, these sessions emphasize repetitive practice to build muscle memory, as well as randomization, while also simulating game-like scenarios that challenge athletes to make quick decisions under stress. Athletes are encouraged to analyze their performance through video review, fostering a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.
The overall goal is to help athletes build sustainable habits that can be translated from practice to game play.
